Office Manager/Appointment Coordinator/Invisalign Coordinator

As you enter our office, it's likely that the first smiling face you will see is Jodi. Jodi is our Appointment Coordinator and Invisalign Coordinator. She welcomes new patients, and shows them how to check-in on our computerized system. Jodi will also assist new patients with all of the paperwork and documentation necessary for each patient's chart. She also schedules appointments, makes calls to patients who need appointments, and processes correspondence to patients and their dentists or oral surgeons. You will receive personal appointment reminder calls from Jodi if you are scheduled for a long appointment. As our Invisalign Coordinator, Jodi meets with patients who may be candidates for treatment with Invisalign. She will explain the Invisalign treatment process, review finances, process payments and answer any questions patients have about Invisalign.

Jodi joined our team in October of 2003. Her previous background includes experience in Administrative Support in Medical Records, Emergency Room and Medical Billing at Somerville Hospital. She moved to New Hampshire in 1994 and joined the Parkland Medical Center as an Emergency Room/Outpatient Administrative Assistant. Following that, she worked as an Administrative Assistant for Southern N.H. Internal Medicine.

Jodi's hobbies include scrapbooking, card making, gardening, camping and watching her boy's sports events. Jodi resides in Salem with her husband, 3 boys and her Shitzu, named"Coco".
